    A significant portion of respondents indicated that professional development opportunities, including workshops, seminars, and certifications, are highly valued. Members are particularly interested in expanding knowledge in emerging therapeutic practices, including Psychedelic Assisted Therapy.

    Many members emphasized the importance of CPA's role in advocacy. There is a clear demand for CPA to increase its legislative efforts, ensuring that the profession's voice is heard at the state level, particularly on issues affecting mental health policies and reimbursement practices.
