AVAILABLE IN THE CPA LEARNING CENTER:Combating College Student Loneliness Through Research & Design CEs: 1 Available Program Level: Intermediate Registration: CPA Members: $35.00 Description: Loneliness is a significant contributing factor to student attrition and poor mental health that has been drastically exacerbated in light of the pandemic. This presentation will highlight the 18+ month research process, development, launch, and impact of a scalable, digital intervention proactively addressing the issue of loneliness on campus. Results of a randomized controlled trial and subsequent launch at 30+ institutions, including Colorado State University and CU Denver, will be presented alongside key insights and learnings to assist campuses in decreasing loneliness amidst ongoing social anxiety and uncertainties.
