Join the Colorado Psychological Association (CPA) for the 2025 Ethics Workshop: Threats to Clinicians and their Professional Practices: Stalking, Harassment, and Cyber Threats. This workshop will explore the challenges clinicians face in balancing high-quality care with awareness of safety risks. The first session covers threat assessment, workplace violence, and balancing Duty to Warn and Duty to Protect, including the shift from caregiver to evaluator. The second session focuses on online threats, including social media harassment, cyber threats, and the legal guidelines for responding to negative online reviews.
